Magnificent new contemporary villa ideally located 40 minutes from Agadir facing the Atlas mountain range. In a lush green setting, this single-storey villa not overlooked on a 425 m² plot will captivate you. 2 spacious and bright bedrooms, 1 shower room, 2 toilets, 1 large living room and a fully equipped and fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace facing the pool.
A true haven of peace, we are located in a Berber village. Shops are 7 km away. A car is recommended.
Guest access: all areas are accessible except the technical and maintenance room which will be locked for security reasons.
