On the sunny shores of the Atlantic stands one of the most beautiful religious edifices in the world, the Hassan II Mosque, a masterpiece of Arab-Muslim architecture in its configuration, ornamentation, dimensions and location. During his official entry into Casablanca after the death of his august father, the late HM King Mohammed V, the late HM King Hassan II made the oath to erect a great Mosque on the water in reference to the verse of the Holy Quran which says "the throne of God was on the water". Une véritable merveille architecturale. Conçue par l’architecte français Michel Pinseau et achevée en 1993, la mosquée impressionne par son minaret de 210 mètres — l’un des plus hauts au monde — visible depuis toute la ville.
Visité fin juin. Qu’il est bon de flâner sur les esplanades et parvis de cette magnifique mosquée construite sous le roi Hassan II dont la volonté était de permettre aux non musulmans de voir le fonctionnement et l'architecture de ce lieu de culte.
billet accès pour mosquée et musée inclus: 70dh pour adultes marocain et étudiants étrangers, 30dh pour enfants plus de 4ans et étudiants marocain.
visite guidée en français, anglais, espagnol, deutsche, mais il n’y a malheureusement pas de guide en Arabe..
très bien organisé, propre, esthétique, apaisant, vu sur mer.
À voir au moins une fois dans sa vie. La visite se fait en groupe selon les langues parlées. Notre guide en français a été passionnant. Cette mosquée est d'un raffinement impressionnant. Tout est réfléchi dans le moindre détail
Qu'il y avait 100 étoiles je les aurais toutes cochées.
Rien que.dans la cour centrale, il règle une très forte énergie. Je n'avais jamais vécu cela auparavant. Puis grâce au guide exceptionnel ( Sosi de Barack Obama) j’ai pu découvrir l'œuvre d'art qu'est la mosquée Hassan II construite avec tradition et réflexions…
