The Toudra Gorges are among Morocco's most impressive natural sites. This narrow canyon, carved by the Toudra River through limestone rock, narrows in places to form a corridor just a few metres wide, dominated by vertical walls rising towards the sky. Light plays on the ochre and orange tones of the stone, creating an almost surreal atmosphere, particularly beautiful late in the day.
People come here to walk along the river, look up at these natural walls and feel the quiet power of the place. Climbing enthusiasts find renowned routes here, while families content themselves with an accessible walk in the lower part of the gorges. From Tinghir, the road leading to the canyon crosses a verdant palm grove, offering a striking contrast with the aridity of the heights. An unmissable place for anyone travelling in southern Morocco.

Magnifique à voire !
Prendre les taxis blanc à Tinghir. Le prix est de 8dh l'aller. Il y a des taxis toute la journée alors pour le retour, il suffit d'attendre un taxi qui dépose d'autres touristes.
Super endroit pour une petite promenade, entre deux falaises, chemin avec des vendeurs de vêtements tout du long, heureusement pour certains et malheureusement pour d'autres, sans oublier de quoi se restaurer ou boire un verre.
Les gorges du Todra sont absolument impressionnantes, avec leurs immenses falaises et leurs paysages spectaculaires.
Nous avons eu la chance d'apercevoir un troupeau de chèvres noires ! Ce qui a rendu la visite encore plus mémorable.
A quelques km de Tinghir, on découvre les impressionnantes gorges du Todgha, canyon spectaculaire découpé dans l’épaisse couverture calcaire du Haut Atlas, qui déploie des falaises ocres hautes de 300 mètres sur plusieurs kilomètres !… Un spot incontournable pour les grimpeurs et les randonneurs !
