Jardins Andalous

Places to visit · Rabat

About this place

These Moorish-inspired gardens embody the art of Andalusian patios transposed beneath the Rabat sky. Zellige fountains, shaded cypress-lined paths and flower beds compose a setting where an atmosphere of absolute serenity reigns. The murmur of water, the fragrance of flowers and the coolness of the arcades create a timeless interlude, conducive to daydreaming and rest.

People come here to stroll slowly along the pools, sit in the shade of an orange tree or simply savour the silence. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the interplay of light on the mosaics, whilst families will find a peaceful setting for a bucolic break. Ideal for those seeking a plant refuge in the heart of the capital, this garden speaks to all who love the tranquil beauty of Mediterranean traditions.
