This luxurious 350 m2 villa is set in a beautifully landscaped garden (400m2), with panoramic views of the Atlas mountains. In a secure residence with caretaker and camera. The villa is brand new (completed in 2024), equipped with high-end furniture and appliances.

Welcome to our sumptuous villa, a true oasis of luxury and comfort in Marrakech. The villa includes a spacious and elegant master suite, designed to make you dream, with a generous dressing room and a private bathroom worthy of the finest hotels. You will also find three large bedrooms, each equipped with its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom, offering every guest an intimate and refined space.

The modern kitchen, open to a large bright living room, is ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. The exterior does not disappoint with a vast terrace inspired by the Thousand and One Nights, perfect for magical evenings under the stars. To make your stay even more pleasant, a cook is at your disposal to prepare delicious breakfasts (groceries at your expense), whether traditional Moroccan or another cuisine of your choice.

If you wish to enjoy lunch or dinner on site, this is also possible for an additional charge. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed on request, sheets once a week except exceptions. In addition, Hassan our on-site assistant is available to do your shopping if you wish.
